KLUG-CONSERVATION offers online support for all their customers using and working with "KLUG Boxing System" and are in possession of a valid maintenance agreement (service contract). The support can be carried out either via telephone or by using the "TeamViewer" control programme. This platform permits remote programme setting changes, update installations as well as the elimination of programme application errors.

Support is available from: Monday till Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. till 15:00 p.m.
