Since many years KLUG-CONSERVATION has been offering a large variety of expansion folders with flaps (available at short notice) - for many common DIN sizes - at very attractive prices.
We are pleased to inform you about the following improvements we have been able to make for our standard file folders that can be supplied at short notice:
Our extensive range of products has been expanded to include file folders in new sizes
Now you can find the ideal protective packaging for documents to be archived. The more accurately the folder fits, the more protected is the archived document: butted edges and abrasion damage (due to sliding) are avoided. As most collections of loose sheets, photographs, booklets etc. are not uniformly sized, an appropriate file folder is chosen that is suitable for as many sizes as possible. Searching for a suitable file folder from a selection of more than 220 different sizes may not be such a simple task. In order to make this process easier, we have installed on our website a Juris folder search engine, which, upon entering the height, width and thickness, quickly and effectively finds your desired size or the closest sizes available.
More file folder sizes available with a larger spine depth (filing height)
Multiple grooving at the back and side flaps allow for flexibility when filling the folders. You have the choice: Folders with a smaller spine depth for explicit sorting or with a larger spine depth for collections belonging together so that they do not have to be archived separately. Folders with a larger spine depth are a cost-effective solution, particularly, for passive archives.
Consumer-friendly, quantity based pricing
We would like to take into account the needs and wishes of our customers, and so we have added to the existing 500,1,000 & 2,000 piece scale two additional lower scales: There is a now also a reduced price for standard file folders by bulk purchase of as little as 50 pieces, as well as, 250 pieces. We have introduced this so that archives with smaller requirements or collections, but requiring folders in many different sizes, can also profit from our price correction and enjoy the benefits of reduced prices.
Price reductions of up to 45%!
We have indeed reduced the price of certain items by nearly fifty percent. This has been made possible due to significant more cost-effective and efficient manufacturing of file folders, which in turn is thanks to the increase in production volumes recorded in the last few years. Significant price reductions are now being offered for the larger quantity based orders.
Of course there are no ‘Reductions’ when it comes to the quality of our file folders. Our file folders here at KLUG-CONSERVATION comply with the technological requirements stated in the DIN EN ISO 9706 and the DIN ISO 16245 Type A.
