Today, it is a common practice that invoices are sent electronically. We have now created and installed the technical requirements for sending invoices by electronic mail.
Today, it is a common practice that invoices are sent electronically. We have now created and installed the technical requirements for sending invoices by electronic mail.
At the same time, we will still retain the option of sending a paper invoice by post (free-of-charge) – The choice is yours!
Please let us know how you would prefer to receive your invoices – if you wish to switch to electronic billing we would require an email address to which we can send your invoice in the form of a PDF file. An e-invoice can be digitally filed immediately and will spare you the trouble of having to scan the document.
