Generation change within the Managment of Walter Klug GmbH & Co. KG
Guenther Wegele, the co-owner and Managing Director since many years of Walter Klug GmbH & Co. KG has resigned retrospectively to the 10.01.2008 from the company.
His company shares have been taken over by the remaining two shareholders, Peter Lang and Michael Kuehner. They now share together the management of Walter Klug GmbH & Co. KG. Peter Lang represents the administration and business sector, while Michael Kuehner is responsible for the technical department of the company.
Peter Lang: "The three of us have worked jointly since the past ten years and together we have successfully marketed the company under the brand name KLUG-CONSERVATION, a leading world-wide and highly specialized company producing permanent and durable, age-resisting archival and conservation products. We, Michael Kuehner and Peter Lang, will continue this success with all our entrepreneurial strength."
Guenther Wegele, will definitely continue to work as an advisory capacity within the company. His long-term experience and consulting advice in paper technology and pioneer work in the introduction of durable paper and board materials will be at our disposal. "We have worked together very well, and with this generation change we sincerely hope to continue our cooperation with him", continues Peter Lang.
