After 25 successful years in management, Michael Kuehner requested to be released from his role as Managing Director, effective October 1, 2025. He explains: "I am still in a position to actively contribute to the continued development of KLUG-CONSERVATION and to support the transition into the coming years — something I am very eager to do. That is why I have decided that now is the right time to step back from the front line". With his expertise, vision, and passion for our products, he has shaped KLUG-CONSERVATION in a lasting way and significantly contributed to its growth and long-term success. Michael Kuehner will continue to serve as a trusted advisor to our company and will retain responsibility for Marketing and E-Commerce.”
Peter Langhammer succeeds Michael Kühner and assumed his role as Managing Director on November 1, 2025. With Peter Langhammer, we gain an experienced and highly qualified successor. He brings many years of in-depth expertise in the printing and paper industry, having managed a medium-sized printing company for several years, and has been an integral part of KLUG-CONSERVATION since 2021. In his previous responsibilities in quality assurance and as plant manager, he significantly shaped and continuously improved our production processes. With his experience and innovative mindset, he will drive the company forward with fresh impulses, ensuring our proven quality and reliability while opening up new opportunities for the future.
Peter Lang, the longest-serving member of our company with 27 years of dedication, will continue as Managing Partner and part of the management team. Together with our committed team of over seventy employees, we will safeguard continuity, stability, and a deep-rooted commitment to our values and to the needs of our customers for the long term.
