Two-piece boxes KS 16 – for hats

Two-piece box made from ageing-resistant corrugated boad, consisting of a base and lid, each with double wall thickness on both sides. Additional reinforcement is provided by a glued insert base. When closed, the box has triple wall thickness and a smooth interior surface due to the folding construction, making it very sturdy. The box base features pull-out side walls for easier removal of the hat. The tray is made of 2 x EB 5.0 mm (white sides visible). It includes a textile loop and has an integrated upright tube (made of conservation board) to fix the hat in the middle of the box. The tube is anchored to the tray with a plug-in connector and can be removed if necessary. Delivery upright and assembled, ready for use.
